Contingency plan for ISIS

#Syria: #ISIS targeted a bus carrying soldiers last night, wounding 10 of them.The attack occurred in the W. #Hasakah countryside and was likely carried out by the same cell that attacked a similar target in the area last month.This is the 4th province where IS has conducted an attack in recent days, as the country faces its second surge in IS activity this year following the spike seen in February.
